Location: I love how close the hotel from Duomo and other establishments especially trains/trams. Cleanliness: The hotel was hands down clean and tidy. The hallway carpet didn't smell dump or bad. Staff: Receptionists were okay but didn't really greet me coming in/out the hotel until I did it first which was really not a big deal because people are different (this is just my personal experience so not sure if they were the same with other customers). Restaurant staff were very friendly and constantly working and filling the food and attending tables to clear. Breakfast: Food was okay but not much of variety. But the cakes were delicious. Dining tables were set nicely and neatly, cutelries, plates, cups, etc were super clean. Room: I booked a single room. I didn't expect how small the room was. It was literally tiny. When you open the door, immediately there was the toilet, bed, tv on the wall, then fridge by the glass window before a metal shutter. The spaces were just tiny steps away from each other. Most of single rooms I stayed in were decent enough to move around but this one, in my opinion, is really small. Bathroom: I love how spacious it was. I guess that answers why the room was small. It was clean and was not odorous at all. Facilities: They were all available. The lift was working properly and very clean. The internet was fast. I believe there was only 2 TV english channels BBC and CNN. I asked for an iron but unfortunately they didnt have any. A bit surprised but understandable. So not a big deal. Price: With that room size I think it's very pricey but since it is very close to Duomo Cathedral and other establishments and the saftey surroundings (this are all important for a woman who is a solo traveller) I think that covers the pricey cost. Overall, I made the right decision to stay at Hotel Ariston. I will go back there if I decided to visit Milan again.

great location, spacious room even with a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom, very clean, blackout blinds, near a metro, within walking distance of most things

Aisling

The staff were helpful, especially mustafa at the breakfast. Luigo at the reception is helpful... Great room, nice food and great location close to duomo.

Adham

Perfect location, close walk to Duomo and Scala but a lot quieter then those areas. Breakfast was lovely and the air conditioning was quite good.

Jessica

Location is good. Every place of interest is in walking distance. In the room was a bit noisy from the street, but blinds are good solution.
